Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in our KIATRA Estate vineyard, Sensoria Intrigue is the sister wine to our flagship KIATRA Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, revealing a more rustic, powerful, and hedonistic side of our estate.
Dark blue fruit, graphite, incense, tobacco, licorice, mineral tension, and refined intensity give the wine its distinctive presence. Where KIATRA Estate speaks with elegance and precision, Intrigue moves with shadow, texture, and a darker, more expressive personality.
Intrigue is designed to evolve in the glass: a wine of shadow and signal, asking for time, attention, and a little music.

SENSORIA allows us to collaborate with world-class artists and create new experiences around wine, image, music, and memory.
The inaugural SENSORIA artist collaboration is with legendary British photographer Brian Griffin, whose surreal and cinematic visual language helped shape the cultural landscape of music, photography, and art.
For Sensoria Intrigue, Brian selected rare images from his archive, including work connected to Depeche Mode’s visual history, reimagined for NEOTEMPO’s patented hexagonal bottle.

Vintage Arc
2021 is luminous, elegant, and classical, bottle-aged for six months before release. 2022 is darker, denser, and more structured, also bottle-aged for six months before release. 2023 is lush, polished, and deeply integrated, bottle-aged for an additional nine months before release. It is our favorite Sensoria Intrigue vintage to date.

Tasting Notes: Bottle-aged for six months before release, the 2021 is elegant and textural, with classic structure, tightly woven tannins, freshness, a focused mid-palate, and a long finish that unfolds slowly.

Tasting Notes: Bottle-aged for six months before release, the 2022 shows richer, more decadent fruit framed by tightly woven tannins and freshness. The palate is elegant but more powerful, with a focused mid-palate and a long, slowly expanding finish.

Sensory Profile
Color: Deep, dark, and saturated, with a near-black wine-red tone that reflects the vintage’s density, polish, and brooding character.
Aroma: Blackcurrant and black cherry lead with depth. Lavender adds floral lift, graphite brings mineral tension, and sandalwood contributes savory warmth.
Tasting Notes: Bottle-aged for an additional nine months before release, the 2023 shows plum, blackberry, refined dry structure, moderate acidity, supple texture, and generous mouthfeel. Vanilla, nutmeg, and baking spice carry through the finish.

The Inaugural Artist Collaboration with Brian Griffin
The first iconic artist collaboration under NEOTEMPO’s SENSORIA series launches with Brian Griffin, the acclaimed British photographer renowned for his work with Depeche Mode, Echo & the Bunnymen, and other defining figures of modern music and culture.
This debut capsule, titled INTRIGUE, draws its name from a recurring theme in Griffin’s work—mystery, narrative tension, and emotional atmosphere. In collaboration with NEOTEMPO, Brian curated a selection of rare, previously unpublished photographs from his Depeche Mode archive to grace the labels of SENSORIA INTRIGUE, complementing NEOTEMPO’s patent-pending hexagonal bottle design—a sculpture in its own right.
