The winemaking team led by Tony Biagi set out to create a rosé that balances the refreshing brightness of a classic dry rosé with the depth and structure of a complex red wine. Crafted with minimal skin contact and aged sur lie until bottling, this wine is bone-dry, layered, and expressive, offering purity, texture, and a savory edge rarely found in a rosé.

The nose is finely articulated, offering a high-toned interplay of stone fruit and citrus. Notes of apricot and white nectarine are supported by ripe cantaloupe, with orange blossom lending a floral lift to the aromatic structure. Lime zest contributes a zippy citrus edge, while a subtle herbal thread of fresh thyme adds aromatic complexity and precision.

Purposefully composed and finely tuned, this wine offers the textural weight and layered complexity of a hedonistic red, expressed through the clarity and lift of a precision-crafted rosé. The palate is vibrant and linear, led by a core of blood orange and pink grapefruit that delivers both freshness and clarity. Tart alpine strawberries and gooseberry introduce a crisp, tangy accent that complements the citrus core and adds dimension to the mid-palate. The texture is refined yet tactile, finishing dry with a slightly saline edge and a chalky mineral quality that underscores structure and length.
