Born during a time of global uncertainty, Sensoria Love is our tribute to those who find joy in everyday beauty—through wine, music, food, and art.

The idea for this rosé emerged in 2021, as we, like many, turned to our cellar, playlists, and favorite artworks for comfort. In that moment, the vision for NEOTEMPO SENSORIA was born: to create wines that nourish the senses, mind, and soul through immersive, multi-sensory experiences.

Crafted to break the mold, Sensoria Love is a rosé with structure and depth—textured like a red, expressive like a song, and endlessly pairable. From Mediterranean seafood to gourmet popcorn, it’s designed to start a memorable meal or elevate a beautiful moment anywhere in the world.

2023 Sensoria Love Rosé of Grenache Vintage Summary:

Our winemaking team used precision to best capture the essence of this Rosé of Grenache grapes. This is our pure expression of 100% Grenache grapes farmed by Phil Coturri from the legendary Justi Creek vineyard in Sonoma from the near perfect 2023 vintage.

2023 growing season started with a wet and long spring delaying bud break but the slow start came developed into a legendary vintage with the later ripening fruit at optimal phenolic maturiy. In 2023 there were no heat spikes or late rain, we were elated to see the fruit develop so beautifully.

Winemaking

The winemaking team lead by Tony Biagi and Adrien Halpin applied a very gentle press to whole clusters keeping the skins intact while in contact with the juice for a short period of time. The juice was then settled overnight in a larger steel tank then racked off solids. The wine was stirred in primary fermentation and fermented at low temperature and aged on fine lees until bottling to bring out the structure and complexity of the wine.

Aroma and Bouquet

Bright aromas of ruby grapefruit, Meyer lemon, fresh-cut flowers, wild grass, jasmine, orange blossom, and wild strawberries, all anchored by a hint of crushed rock minerality.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant flavors of Cara Cara orange, pink grapefruit, and rose water unfold over a cool spring water minerality. A delicate touch of tannin from skin contact lends structure, leading to a long finish with supple, round fruit and a firm, focused close.

Label Story:

SENSORIA LOVE demanded a different visual identity so the artist we chose to work with represents that desire and we are proud to showcase the art of the contemporary street artist Nick Walker on our SENSORIA LOVE bottle. Nick Walker is one of the world’s best known street artists. Born in 1969, he emerged from the infamous and ground-breaking Bristol graffiti scene of the early 1980s.

During the 2020 lockdown period, we acquired an original Nick Walker piece named “Haunted Love” and SENSORIA LOVE is an adaptation of that painting so the label is very dear to our hearts. Nick has been very enthusiastic about collaborating with us in creating a special version of “Haunted Love” that beautifully adorns the length of our unique hex bottle shape.
